CAT C4.4 Remanufactured (rebuilt) engine, also known as the Perkins 1104D-E44TA engine. Sometimes the same as the CAT 3054 engines depending on specification.
The engine shown in the photos is a rebuild of a customer’s own engine. Arrangement number 294-7195, similar to NJ38641 / NJ38640.
The 1104D-E44TA uses common rail fuel injection and is electronically controlled with an ECU (Electronic Control Unit or Module). This engine has a side mounted turbocharger but if your engine uses a top mounted turbo we will rebuild it to the same spec you require.
Built with all genuine Perkins parts and restored to the manufacturer’s specification to provide levels of performance, reliability and life similar to that of the original engine.
