Ford Marine Engines

We supply Ford 2700, 2720 series base engines originally marinised by Lehman, Mermaid, Sabre etc. These are known as Dover, Dorset, and Ford D Series engines. We also supply the Ford Otosan 2720 6 cylinder series engines and New Holland Genesis.

All our remanufactured base engines are built in accordance with FER standards meaning it is returned to the manufacturers specification to provide levels of performance, reliability and life similar to that of the original engine. They are then tested on our dynamometer, a corrosion resistant primer is applied, then the engine is painted in Cromadex Two Pack paint.

Although we do build engines in our stock to sell as exchange we will usually opt to rebuild your own engine(s). To enable us to quote we will require photos of your engine to assess the current condition and check the current marine set up.

We recommend booking your marine engine build well in advance to avoid disappointment.
