2.2-litre, 4-cylinder, in-line, turbocharged. Bore 84mm, stroke 100mm, firing order 1-3-4-2. Indirect injection, mechanical fuel system. Up to 45.5kW (61HP). Maximum torque 192Nm. EU Stage IIIA / EPA Tier 4 Interim equivalent.
Supplied in 2-bolt PTO configuration. If your application uses a 4-bolt PTO fitting, call us before ordering to confirm suitability. Directly replaces Perkins 404C and 404D turbo applications. Recognised cross-reference for the Shibaura N844T and Caterpillar C2.2.
This is a Perkins engine commonly fitted as a replacement unit in JCB compact excavators and telehandlers. It is not a JCB-manufactured engine.
