New, unused JCB 444 EcoMax engine. 68kW (91HP) at 2,200rpm. Tier 4 Final / EU Stage IV. Part number 320/41378.

4.4-litre, 4-cylinder, in-line. Bore 103mm, stroke 132mm, firing order 1-3-4-2. Variable geometry turbocharger with aftercooling, high-pressure common rail. Maximum torque 433Nm.

There are many 68kW T4 Final variants in the JCB 444 range. This engine (320/41378) uses turbocharger 320/06177, which is side-mounted with the actuator on top. This raises the overall engine height compared to 320/41334, which uses turbocharger 320/06178 with a side-positioned actuator.

Order 320/41378 where your machine has sufficient vertical clearance for the taller configuration. If you are unsure which variant fits your machine, call us with your machine serial number before ordering.

Both variants were fitted across a range of applications including Bucher/Johnston VT651/652 and Johnston S6400/S8400 road sweepers.

The ECU supports power adjustment, so a suitably equipped installation can be reconfigured to an alternative output rating if needed.
