Engine remanufacturing returns a used engine to original factory specifications. Unlike reconditioning, which addresses visible wear, remanufacturing strips the engine completely, replaces all wear components, and machines critical surfaces back to tolerance.

Pricing varies by engine model and cylinder configuration. For a customer quotation please contact us with your engine model and serial number. Alternatively, you can view individual engine pages for specific pricing, these are applicable to rebuild of your own unit.
Lead time is typically 4 to 6 weeks from receipt of your core engine to dispatch of the remanufactured unit. During busy periods, our lead times can exceed 14 weeks, please book early to avoid disappointment.

All remanufactured engines include a 12 month parts and labour warranty from date of installation. Full warranty terms are provided with every engine.
Yes, we can arrange collection from anywhere in the UK mainland. Alternatively, you can deliver the engine to our workshop near Southampton.
If you do not have a suitable core, we may be able to source one or offer outright purchase. This will incur a surcharge. Contact us to discuss options.
