Timik Engines is a specialist Perkins engine remanufacturer based in Hampshire, rebuilding Perkins diesel engines for agricultural, industrial and marine applications. We work across the full range of Perkins engine families — from the compact 400 Series through to the Phaser 1000, New 1000 and 1100 Series — delivering fully remanufactured engines built to OEM tolerances.
Every rebuild follows our established remanufacturing process: full strip-down, inspection, precision machining where required, and reassembly using genuine Perkins and quality aftermarket parts. Engines are dyno tested before dispatch to ensure they leave our workshop performing to specification.
We offer both a service exchange programme (send us your old unit and receive a remanufactured replacement) and a rebuild-your-own-engine service where we work on your existing unit.

Not sure which Perkins engine you have? Use our Perkins engine identification guide or contact us with your serial number and we'll identify it for you.
Perkins engines are at the core of what we do.
Our workshop team has rebuilt thousands of Perkins units across agricultural, industrial and marine sectors, giving us deep familiarity with every engine family and their known weak points.
We use genuine Perkins parts alongside carefully sourced aftermarket components. Every critical tolerance is checked and verified during the build process.
From bearings and gaskets to cylinder heads and fuel systems, every component is selected for longevity and performance.
Every remanufactured engine is run on our in-house dynamometer before it leaves the workshop. You receive an engine that's been proven to deliver the correct power output and operating characteristics.
We hold exchange cores for many Perkins engine variants, meaning faster turnaround. If we don't hold a core for your engine, or you'd prefer your own unit rebuilt, we can do that too.
Every engine is remanufactured to your specific requirements.
This isn't a production line, it's a precision rebuild service tailored to the application your engine serves.
Not sure which engine variant you need, or how to identify your Perkins serial number? Our team can help you pinpoint the right specification before any work begins, and we're on hand afterwards if you need fitting advice or support.
We hold remanufactured Perkins engine cores in stock. You place an order, we dispatch your replacement engine, and you send us your old unit in return. The prices listed on our site are exchange prices, if you cannot return an old unit, a surcharge may apply.
All engines are built to order. Lead times vary by engine series and whether we're working from an exchange core or rebuilding your own unit. Contact us for a current estimate on your specific engine.

Perkins engines are identified by a serial number plate fitted to the engine block, using a system of numbers, letters and sometimes a finishing code. Visit our Perkins engine identification guide or send us photos and we'll identify it for you.
