• Cylinder head fully re-manufactured, with valve seats precision re-cut and new valves fitted where required.

• Turbocharger re-manufactured and fitted (if applicable).

Engine Re-assembly Process

Timik Engines conducts engine re-assembly with careful precision in our clean, dedicated workshop:

• Complete replacement of oil pump and water pump.
• Comprehensive set of new gaskets fitted.
• Thorough inspection of all other components, replaced as necessary.

All engines from Timik Engines are built strictly to order. Pricing is contingent upon providing a suitable exchange unit. If an exchange engine is not available, your own engine will need to be rebuilt.
